As a composer Hans Sydow works in the field between sound, poetry and music, using language and sound as a musical material. He deliberately blends the tradition - pop and avantgarde, the noiseful and the beautiful, which can be heard on the 3 CD's Glimtvis (1998), Brødrene Gedicht and Mellem Stationerne (2000). The compostion Entropy 2.3 was awarded winner of the competition for electroaustic composers by the Danish Art Council in 1999. And Dada 3 was awarded winner in the same competition in 2000.
